On 19 March 2008, I intervened in a Westminster Hall debate to ask my colleague, Roberta Blackman-Woods:

"With previous legislation under the 2003 Act, it was possible for local authorities to cover a degree of sex and nudity. Does my hon. Friend see that as a possible way forward? For instance, could secondary legislation to the 2003 Act be an alternative?"
